Doug Robertson
Doug has 25 years of experience working in the health and fitness sector. He is a personal trainer, Studio Pilates teacher, and injury rehabilitation specialist.
He is well respected in the industry and works closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists and surgeons. Through his experience and knowledge, he has become widely recognised as a safe and effective pair of hands.
He’ll strive to make you look and feel good, but his passion is to make your body last. Marrying these things together is what makes his training programme unique. Find out more here.
Emily Robertson
Emily wanted to create a space for people to come and workout who don’t want to be in a busy gym, but on their own or with a friend or trainer. Likewise a place for Doug and other fitness professionals to train their clients 1:1, or hold small yoga or circuits classes.
From booking slots to answering all and any questions you may have, Emily will be your main point of contact for all things Box. A big fan of Reformer pilates and Barre she is mainly slow and steady these days, but can sometimes be seen (and heard) going hell for leather on the Stages bike.
